Manchester
For what possible reason could there ever be,
To rob the world of their youthful smiles in a time of such delight?
The evil upon us is a merciless power, cowards who fight the free.
The innocent lives taken, snuffed out by hate’s explosive light.
Those empty hearted fiends,
Cruel, violent, and cold
Families ask what this means,
Let the truth be told!
They want us to cry out, to fear and feel pain,
But we must stay strong, in the face of their heartless murder.
Ring the bells of freedom in the name of those who terror has slain,
Together, united we stand, remembering those killed in Manchester.
Stay strong, friends and family of the Manchester Bombing victims,
We stand with you.
