Mixed emotions,
people walk in and out of my life.
Some stay and treat me right.
Others leave-and give up without a fight.
Like a leaf in the wind,
you just up and left.
But everything happens for a reason-
This happened for the best.
Old tricks in a new book-
I've experienced this before.
So you didn't take me for a suprise,
when you closed that door.
No crying-
I guess i just dont care,
if you stay or if you leave-
cause this ache i've learned to bear.
footprints in the sand,
eventually they will get washed away.
So GOODBYE to the ones who come and leave,
And WELCOME to the ones who are gonna stay.
