Love is Blind
Is it true what they say, that love is blind?
That faults matter less than a blade of grass
That true beauty comes from the heart not mind
Surely this beauty nothing can surpass
Common sense is lost without one care
All my troubles and worries disappear
Because with you all burdens I can bear
And leaving you is everything I fear
All comments and advice are tossed aside
Ev'rything I thought I knew means nothing
All my dreams have me standing by your side
Facing our clouded future wondering
In the hope that we will grow old some day
Yet, our love as fresh as the buds of May
