Plus or minus
The swirling cold cruel rage
That inspires holes in walls or
Broken hearts
The bounding expanding joy
That pours over edges and makes me
Buoyant (makes you smile)
The crippling sadness that chokes
The guilt that I horde
All the endless jokes
The peace that we all deserve
The confidence that I've earned
Or shyness, maybe or hysterics
When I laugh until my breath is gone or
It could be my ribs, splintering
Plus or minus
It only matters in math
Because emotion is an absolute value
it always equals
Euphoria.
