Discrimination,
They say it does not exist anymore,
That we are all equal,
That we coexist with one another,
However, is that true?

Every day we are separated,
By race, color, gender,
Even our intelligence,
If we were really all equal,
Would we still be living this way?

Seeing all of this negativity,
When we are supposed to be spreading positivity,
Is this what we want for our future?
Is this is how we want society to be?

Children not playing together because of how they look like,
People not communicating each other cause they do not act the same,
Humans being shunned for who they are,
And they say progression is what is happening.
