Mirror

Look through the broken mirror
And see your dismembered reflection
Through the shredded glass
And paint your face upon the clouds

Walk into my world
And gaze up at the heavens
Wish upon the nearest star
That this might not end tonight

I see your hand fading away
And I pray that I won't lost its touch
Yet you're slowly sinking underneath
A nightmare washing away your peace

Look inside this empty hole
And write down what you see
Then take all of those empty pages
And burn them down unto the ground

Your heart filled up my life
And built me up inside
But now that your soul's disappeared
I feel empty and stoic

I see your hand fading away
And I pray that I won't lose its touch

I was looking through some of the poetry, and I have to say your poem, Mirror is amazing. Very nice.
