Something Important
Ask yourself a question, ''what was the last time I read?''
Not just a little poem with a simple rhyme
Without emotions, meaningless lines,
But real classical literature.
Most will say, ''I don't remember,'' and that's fine
There's lots of books with exciting finishes
Millions of films of different genres
Lot of other ways to lose time
But something's wrong with all these varied choices
No one notices that we lose something
Something very important
Something that makes us think
Something that affects our emotions
Something that makes us better humans…
Literature is the rope that connects the past and the future
Literature is the bridge which connects culture and people
Literature is the universe with millions stars as poems.
Literature transcends language
Literature ignores time
Literature is life.
