I'm not a poet
So I don't show it
I can't make a poem rhyme
Even when I have the time
Why can't we talk straight
This rhyming thing I hate
My minds a blank page
Why is it so hard for a kid of teenage
I can't rhyme in the summer
I can think of many things that are 'funner'
Why do poems have to be so long
Why can't poems be like a song
I think poems should be short and sweet
And reading it should not be a feat.
A poem should be easy to write
To write a poem should not be a fight
