What does it take to be bigger?
Taller than five feet.
Swallow pride like grapefruit
Forgive and forget and let mourners finish their weep.

Leave the anger for abandoned dogs.
Chickens who quarrel for crowds,
Abusing the feathers they let fly.
Forgetting the earmuffs for the noise of proud.

What does it take to be bigger?
Beyond the fuel that leads to devastation.
The selfishness we love to have.
Ignorance to years of righteous education.

Leave the scowls to jealous fools;
Laughter keeps you young.
We are neighbors'brothers and sisters'
Let us have fury lost and heaven won.
