Day and Night
Sunset, sunrise, from dusk to dawn
What beauty nature has designed
The perfect art that it has drawn
There’s nothing better I can find
The bright blue colors of the day
To haunting shadows of the night
And when the moonlight goes away
The morning scares away the fright
Vivid orange, red, and amber
Fluffy clouds like the tint of blush
Like a flame with red hot embers
Filling the sky with a paintbrush
Bluish black sky with flecks of white
Haunting moon hangs high in the air
Comet shoots, now out of my sight
All I can do is stop and stare
