King of the Hill
I let my arm do the talking
If you’re looking for the ball,
the catcher has it.
You dream of getting on base.
I am your worst nightmare.
It’s about playing catch
and throwing strikes.
If at first you don’t succeed,
it’s because of me.
Help your stats, don't bat today.
I could live without baseball,
but why would I want to?

playing baseball and seeing my parents seeing me throw on the pitchers mound made me write this poem. I hope people can read it and think very hard of what it means to be a pitcher on the mound.
