Beyond Our World
What would happen if'
We could live somewhere beyond our world?
Not here on Earth,
This place where we have been given birth,
But anywhere throughout the galaxy,
To places that would rock our fantasy.
In outer space where only few astronauts have been to
We may see things we never thought could be true.
Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune,
We could even travel to twinkling stars or the moon,
Somewhere we've never been before,
Until we are given the key to the door.
Into the Milky Way we'd swirl,
On the rings of Venus we'd twirl.
Without gravity we'd float around,
And to stay down, we'd anchor ourselves to the ground.
Hopefully the tremendous heat won't make our skin bubble,
Or else we're in for so much trouble,
And we could also hope for warmth from the bitter icy cold,
Maybe the atmosphere will keep us from getting old.
Good luck with finding a date,
On planets where you'll have such an outrageous weight.
Fashion would be so bright and techno.
It'd even be cool to use Velcro.
Throughout the extended galactic nation
Every vacation would give you an exciting tingling sensation.
There would be no boring text
That could describe where we're about to go next.
Beyond our world.
