Sunshine and Rain

From sloshing through mud puddles
To blowing bubbles
From singing into a brush
To being hurt by our first crush
We go together through and through
We've been through tests of pride and virtue
We've always found the answers in each other
And then would rant about the annoyance of a brother
Now we have tails of flaunts and fails
And through it all our friendship found ways to avail
We often act young and inane
But through sunshine and rain
We always stuck together
Like the worlds strongest tether
An though some times were tough
We knew we would never have enough
Of one another
