I saw your body laying there, unable to move, unable to speak.

I just sat there fighting back the tears.

As you took your last breath of fresh air.

And I saw your eyes shut for the last time,

As the tears started to creep down my saddened face.

And with that I collapsed on to your lifeless body

I didn't want to let you go but I had no other choice

After all I was being selfish you were in pain

And God need an amazing person like you

So when I was collapsed on to your body

He was the one to welcome you at the golden gates to heaven.

Now my angle from Earth is in heaven

looking over me as my very own guardian angel
