I have a poem that is new
That I would love to share with you
However…. I unfortunately forgot… Oops

Forgetting. You are with friends or family maybe even both. You say things that are funny or grand. Then years pass turning it into sand. Never truly remembering its original form. Walking into a room in a rush for something important and dear, confused on why you were even there. Watching a film for the first time yet walking away forgetting parts of the set. Parents asking you to do four or five chores, three are completed  yet the others slip away soon causing you a world of pain.

You see in the beginning I said I had forgotten, but everything sooner or later comes back or remembered. However, that is for another time. For remembering takes a little more of my time…
