Eyes flash cerulean
As they stare down at the guitar in your arms
Bite your lip
As you tighten the strings and play a chord
Frown
As the instrument twangs
Twist again
I watch
Love poem under pen
Wishing that I was the guitar
In your arms
So that every moment of your angry tuning
You'd be
Holding me
