The Thin Line
I keep walking in circles over and over
Looking for something I can't see
I need to take cover
I feel myself slipping
I'm falling way under
Recovering on the outside
Inside I'm still broken
I yern to find my way
Or somehow just get away
Walking the thin line
Time after time
To be brought to the same place
Loooking for a sign, denied yet defied
It's the neverending race
I'm running now,
Once again in the same patterns
Looking for what I need to breathe I just cant seem to learn
Still striving to discover,
Discover that I'm lost
Crawling to get away
In this world of dismay
Walking the thin line
Time after time
To be brought to the same place
Loooking for a sign denied yet defied
It's the neverending race
Looking to find only what I won't
Leave me behind I don't think so don't
Place me here to die, to find my own life
Don't let this go.
