Did you think my life would stop without you?
It didn't.
I still went to prom,
My dress was pink.
I still had my Sweet 16,
The cake was pink.
I still had the baby,
Her cheeks were pink.
But after every event I turned,
To where you should have been
And turned bright RED
How could you leave?
I wanted to scream and yell,
But I didn't.
Why would you leave?
These are the things I will never know,
Because you're gone.
And I'm stuck here to sink into the pink world,
I've created.
