I miss the days we spent together
strolling down the beach
hand in hand
your eyes never looked brighter
i hunger for the many ways
your laughter
stll rang through my ears
long after you were gone
i miss the way
5 minutes with you
left me sleeping sated and content
with a smile plastered
on my face
i miss how with you
i was the luckiest girl alive
with the boy of my dreams
but most of all
i miss the way it was
before you said
goodbye
