Goodbye to your hateful look
no more pretending I'm not crying from the pain of your left hook
so long to the vicious cursing
it's for my freedom I am thirsting
adios the spontaneous abuse
you never had a good excuse
I won't lie that I love you anymore
I've finally picked myself up from the floor
Don't pretend to be sad
nothing would make you more glad
no more will you make my choices for me
I'll make it on my own you'll see
good memories from here, there aren't even a few
I have nothing left to say to you

This poem is basically about a girl I know who actually went through a lot of abuse from her father....
