A Former Revolving Issue

As i thought to myself
i begin to ponder upon a thought
that remaind within my heart
for more than time counld recall,
i begin to acknowlege the pain and pressures
that laid upon my shoulders,
these pressures caused me to make choices
that i did not totally agree with,
finally after many irresolute days
i decided to free myself
from idealistic fantasy of what life should be,
I was able to permit myself to be me
