you are my sky
head in the clouds
pain welling like rain
behind your eyes.
i can't stop the rain.
can't end your pain,
but take my heart
to hold above your cold head
so never again will you
be alone in the dark,
alone in the cold,
alone in the rain,
alone in the pain.
for you are my sky
and i'll give you my heart
we can be together
