can't feel anything
lies drip off their lips
and i hang on to every one
doomed to fail
i've become a shadow
in their curse
hands now trembling
eyes cold and dead
blinded by desire to live
how can i stay here?
ready to fall
i see you
waiting on the edge
light fills your face
and i'm a fallen creature
bound to this mortal life
no, you can't save me
pleeze don't try
as i reach out for hope
fear catches me instead
and i fall
to darkness
