Dead from the Inside

a world so full of hate
we can only make it better
stand up and speak
sick of all the blame and hate
like cancer to every souls heart
we just keep on going
like nothing has happened
sit there and take it
afraid to say a word
everything so cold
and lifeless
so much death and pain
no one to stop it all
people have to die
to save others
they don't even know
their souls cry out
and we live like
nothing has happened
no more bold
scared of speaking out
afraid to get mocked by others
now we have no more
chances we are dying
from the inside out
