Pink.
Pink is a perfect color.
The pretty pink of petunias in the porcelain pot.
The polished pink paint that always seems to pop off the palette.
The pompous pink pinafores and party dresses on the performers as they pirouette and prance down the catwalks.
The pink of people's palms and fingertips as they write on paper with pencils and pens.
The pink around children's noses and eyes as they puff and pant while playing in the piercing polar weather, and watch their poofs of breath float away and perish.
Pink is a perfect color.
