My face
It is a blah face.
The one we wear everyday. It is humanities
universal expression. People
say it takes more muscles
to frown then to smile.
But this face is effortless.
A blank stare as time slips
through our fingers. I keep
This face to conceal the
truth. The truth is life.
Sadness and joy crash like
waves on an empty beach.
Each emotion creeps up to
an extent then rushes back. I
am one grain of sand
packed in beside every other
grain of sand.
