How Do I Breathe
How am I supposed to breathe at the bottom of the ocean?
I'm trying, dying to hide these emotions,
I'm standing in the remains of two broken hearts,
With a smile on my face, secretly falling apart,
And I'm trying, dying to get some air,
But I can't without your fingers in my hair,
With all this talking I'm doing you'd think I'd have something to say,
But I just need a way to spend the time between now and when the scars fade,
Tell me how am I supposed to inhale at the bottom of the sea,
Trying to save this sinking ship you call love when you won't help me?
