Who Am I?
When I look into the mirror what do I see?
I see a girl with a troubled past, struggling to believe what she’s told
I see a girl struggling to accept herself
Who am I? A struggling girl
When I look at myself what do I see?
I see a girl who hides herself
I see a girl that’s insecure about her faults
Who am I? A girl trying to find herself
When I look at photos what do I see?
I see a smile on the outside
I see the pain in her eyes
Who am I? A girl trying to fake it
When I look at the bible what do I see?
I see a savior dying for me
I see that looks don’t matter
Who am I? A wonderful work of art.

I was asked who the real me was, and at the time I didn't know. My view of myself is different from others and I just wanted others to know that even though you see something one way doesn't mean that's how everyone thinks.
