- A Poem Honoring Our Ancestor's Faith Who Settled A Difficult Land And Their Decendants

tongue twisters and ferious winds
massive hurricanes and level five hurricanes
sand storms and wild waves
that is how awesome you are, Lord!

free falling and sky diving
swimming with sharks
flying with the wind
that is how awesome you are, Lord!

hanging with friends
having love-abudant parents
that is how awesome you are, Lord!

rushing into battle
feeling the victory
defeat over the enemy

trying something exciting and new
tasting something fabulous and interesting
that is how awesome you are, Lord!

Seeing something beautiful
getting a prize you deserve
understanding something abstract
and knowing something for a fact
that is how awesome you are, Lord!

I liked this, but it didn't accurately portray the Great Plains. There are no sharks or hurricanes, and the pioneers certainly never went skydiving. Fix it up and make it more accurate and it will be even better than it already is.
