The Truth That Lies Underneath My Sleeves

I show them,
When you're away.
I keep them hidden,
When you're near.
They're a secret,
A secret that only me and the razor know about.
You wouldn't understand,
The reason why they're there.
You'll think I'm crazy,
You'll think I'm suicidal.
They're there to help,
Along with their friend "razor blade".
Each one has a story,
A story that lies with me.
You'll never see,
Only if I show you.
But that another one,
That lies underneath my sleeves.

I really like the feeling and emotion in this poem, and the thoughts are really well portrayed. I can understand where you're coming from, but(if you're trying to make a point) I disagree. There are better things to help you than cutting yourself.
