Smiles
I never thought I'd see the day
where I'd walk into a classroom
filled with wonderful children
who greet me everyday,
and always care for me.
Putting smiles on their faces
is the most important part of the day.
Actually, the smiles
mean a lot more
than a picture on a face.
What makes the kid happy,
and filling them with laughter
is all that counts.
These wonderful children
smile a whole lot more than we do.
I hope someday we'll understand
how important they are in our world.
