For I am a Horse
I'm as black as the night sky, yet
As tall as the sunrise, and
As beautiful as the sunset.
I'm as strong as the love a man gives to a woman, yet
At times I'm weaker than a newborn baby,
But yet I still have my family at my side.
I have eyes that see all, yet, they can tell you how I feel.
I'm smarter than the average human being.
For I think if others before myself.
For I am a horse through and through.
You may think that I am beautiful as the sun setting on the ocean and as trusting
as a happy ending to a fairy tale.
Yet all horses have their flaws, but I try to be the best I can, for the ones I love dearly.
