Wrong to compare you to a cutting knife?
You shine in my eyes like silver on light,
But you turn and its like the end of life,
Staying or leaving is a constant fight.

You treated my heart like it was a stone
Thinking it would have no consequences,
And then you left me standing all alone,
What will help me fix these mental messes?

Even after all the lies you told me,
Why is it that I still miss you this much?
Trying to let go so desperately,
Yet I cant forget how our hands would touch.

As long as I can dream and hear you speak,

You will fracture my heart and make me weak.
