Treasure Map
Hidden beneath the pale blue light,
A corpse’s shell in crystal light
With righteous glow mistook for greed
Upon the breast one dying need;
And in the clasped bones he kept
A path to glory never stepped;
Fought hard for what he could not see;
In defiance, selfish he took of thee
That breath in which you stole from him,
For now leaves only, only them.
If they dare to stand where he stood,
Travel the paths if they could
Of the corpse, the corpse of a man,
With a journey to glory in his hand.
