A God-given gift,
Or a curse,
Bestowed upon me and every other who's heart sears with passion
for Life
and a thirst for Art
a mind full of thoughts
that race in and out
back and forth
lonely thoughts
un-thought of Thoughts
visions of a terrible Future
a dark black hole of everlasting agony
sparks of light
in the darkness
for which the fire is still burning
meekly
burning still the fire
and envelopes the darkness
revealing bright sweet light
a wave of relief
a break from the sorrow
a beacon of hope
overcoming the pain
