Light and Dark

Darkest dark exist inside of me
The moment he told me not to scream
He told me not to tell
He said no one would believe me
Now almost everyday
The darkness will consume me
But there is the
Lightest light that exists inside me
The moment I'm with my friends
The pain and fear goes away
The light they give me
Over comes the dark
For until they leave
The darkness turns to light
