What are you going to do with her?
She sings her sad song,
That has a strange tune,
Singing of a place to belong,
Staring up at the moon.
With the spotlight on the stage,
Ashlyn acts the scene,
The hum of her iron cage,
Enclosing its queen.
She sways to the beat,
One that only she can hear,
Dancing in the empty street,
Wishing someone was near.
Ashlyn`s mind is one of mystery,
A place not even she understands,
It`s crowded with dreams of fantasy,
And shattered by the things that are planned.
She sings of her sorrow,
Under the long forgotton ash tree,
She feels the pierce of an arrow,
And is trapped within reality.
