…….Anyway
dancing suddenly stopped holding balance
looked puzzled
like a disease paralyzed him
father dragged between the furniture
dad cried
“not this time”
“old words now stalk my boy”
his voice, invisible
pulling away
from who indicated the beginning of a section
a mile
toward the highway

Dad?
everything asked plunged into trees
crashing as if they were breathing hard
a sense of encountered apparition
unidentifiable eyes said they were frightened
not a great danger
but the presence of violence
in its deadly movement

I cried it off
emptiness disappeared like unseen anger
where displaying deception eluded me
I pushed to escape darkness
bless a decent man
a yard
turned to a moment missed

Carrying my second loss
nothing mental held up
an effort discovered expression
in its genuine taste

After tricks were explained inside out
I then come casually noiseless behind masks
expensive plaster attention caught one looking of my presence
I saw him know the horrid features just to amuse himself
first he shot
then a nightmare

a line
thinking, whispering, looking, standing,
holding his hand
before I could prevent it

I love this kind of stream of conscious like poetry. Truly the best kind in my eyes and you did it really nicely.
