Now dark and muddy.
Shedding sapphire tears
Of unknown beauty.
Graceful fingers,
Unadorned of
Precious jewels.
Rings and trinkets,
Lay limply by her side.
Glistening blade,
Detained amid clenched tips.
Silver metal spells disaster,
As it traces alabaster.
Cuts and scars remain,
Where bracelets ought to be.
