Dark Man
A man walked in nobody knew his worth
He could be nice he could be strong but there was something from his birth
The color of his skin told the story blunt
Nothing didn't matter now, the white men will hunt
The man was honest sincere and gold
He needed to leave the town with his mind untold
Something kept him here nobody knows why
The prejudiced souls changed with the little girl's first cry
Prejudice held little girl yet without a name
Minds were surely changed feelings set to shame
They didn't fear the dark man starting to get along
The dark man no longer hated himself
He felt he could belong
Dark man walked down the street along with white girl
Confused eyes stopped to stare
What happened to this world?
