Grass field over the horizon
Nothing but a green blanket for miles
The color of green is miserable to my eyes
Waiting to bring color to them
The field begins to go gray
The pavement begins to go black
The sky goes cloudy and dull, no more sun shine on this horizon
This dullness depresses my mind
Stilling waiting for that color
Over the horizon, there’s a light
A bright one at that matter
Lighting my way from the darkness
It’s almost like it’s reeling me in
A beautiful, colorful tulip blocks my path
Lighting my way once more
With what I once couldn’t see, now I can see much more
Taking the depression out of my life
Illuminating its beauty through my like a sun beam
The field begins to look less dull
Clearing the skies up a bit more
The horizon goes back to its orange and yellow self
It’s truly beautiful
Mesmerizing to my eyes
A field of flowers begin to grow
The sun begins to shine once more
The darkness of this horizon is fading
The pavement begins to go into a sparkly light gray, the way it should be
Things are finally back to the way they were
The light of the tulip fades
Becoming one with the rest
With what I once was from what I am now
I am the meadow
