Of feet
Set similar
To the one in my ears
Music blairing, passes the time
The Scenery
Flies by; a blur
Of vivid color
Faster and faster
Feet fly
As if trying to escape
An unseen enemy
Throbbing pain
Throughout my legs
Easily ignored
In the intoxicating rush
Of speed
All falls away
The Fear
Stress
Pain
Lonlyness
One by one
And only the road remains
A sky
And I a bird
Soaring
Never to be bound
