Stranger
April. As I look at this photo
I see how things used to be.
I see a man i barely know
and talk to, smiling and enjoying his
family and his drunken state.
Seeing him today so new,
reminds me how much he
has changed. To having it all,
to having nothing but his
name and all the ghosts that
haunt him. Besides all the pain
he has caused, I see this photo
and thank him, For being selfish,
crude, and wrong, for he has
made me the person I am today.
