A palm is a delicate map
of where a blind heart will lead you.
Fragile rivers of hope
flow up then down.
Scarred mountains weave into one
with bruised oceans, carefree sail boats.
Trembling is an earthquake,
destroying unique prints, valleys.
Bandages hide what's obvious,
nervous smiles do not.
Brush it off with crinkled leaves.
A fist is the world.

That was really beautiful. I love how you use the metaphors of the hand here to describe what you mean.
