What It’s Like To Be Short (For Those of You Who Aren’t)
It’s being the odd one out when your standing with your friends
It’s the pain of wearing heels
It’s always getting a chair to get to the top shelf
The overuse of cute and small
It’s trying to not be run over in the halls
It’s hoping to find the perfect jeans in the kids section
It’s constant jokes and comments
It’s having your friends remind you every 5 minutes you only stand 5 feet tall
It’s always looking up
It’s difficulty getting across the message, height is something you can’t control
But,
Innocence is the only impression given to you
It’s not getting blamed for things you clearly did
It’s always getting a warning, but never a punishment
It’s an unconscious front that is every thought of yours is sweet and kind
It’s being handled like a precious diamond
