Looking For Apollo

In A Small Pasture Under A Tree
Sits A Man Filled With Thoughts Of Glee

The Luscious Green Grass Bending With The Breeze
Notes On The Lyre Come From His Fingers With Ease

The Pale Cherry Blossoms Cascading From Above
Lures All Creatures To Listen To His Music With Love

Man's Music Brings Together Worst Of Enemies
The Birds And Bees And Yes, Even Dogs And Fleas

The Great Apollo Has A Most Unique Musical Touch
I Do Not Believe Any Other Could Have Done As Such

And So Sits Heavenly Apollo Under The Large Oak Tree
Looking Into The Vast Blue Horizon, As Far As He Can See

Today Our Land Looks For A Modern Day Apollo
Someone Who In His Footsteps Our Nation Will Follow

Making A Diffence Who Will This Great Person Be?
They're Searching Again, New Leadership For You And Me
