Awake While Dreaming

I wake up from a dream in bed
Like a tiger lily in morning sunlight, she unfolds.
She smiles with her flawless body
Each contour covered by a smooth blanket.
Flowing with the curves of her enticing hips.
Then she leaves and for that time,
i’m empty like a snow covered field,
Waiting to be melted by the growth of spring flowers.
