Coldness

coldness
all around me
I cant feel
can't smell
can't move
all I know
is that when your not with me
I'm not around
I go to this place where coldness over throws me
where everyone goes on but I am stuck
stuck in this hell of a place
stuck were you can't find me
I miss you already
coldness
more and more coldness
an endless sheet of black fog
no bordering line of light
no sight
every memory gone
except for the ones of you
how cruel
I feel some warmth
but I cant be sure of what it is
is it the sun beating on this bubble of coal
is it your skin
pushing against this tar to find me
I cant be sure
but I am sure
that I hear a sound
an angels voice
its calling my name
but when will it reach me

The author's comments:
My name is Mackenzie Hughes. I am 13 years-old. I was inspired to write this piece when I listened to this song. I am a singer and it helps me when I write songs to listen to other songs. I started writing and then I can up with this poem. It kind of happened but it didn't. Thanks for reding my poem.
