And she was gone...
We knew little that morning; God was going to call your name,
In life we loved you dearly, and in death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you; you did not go alone,
For apart of use went with you; when God called you home.
Your love is still our guide
And although we cannot see you, you are always by our side
Since you’ve been gone, nothing seems the same
But as God calls us one by one we will be reunited again.
