Change
Inhale,
Hold,
Hold,
Exhale.
Smoke bellowing from my mouth,
Filling the metallic black car.
Exiting the slightly opened windows.
Calmness and laughter filled the now smoke infested car,
As we drove along the country road.
A phone call at work,
So disappointing,
My stomach hit the bottom.
Driving home,
The words kept going through my head.
The brutal talk about rights and wrongs,
As I arrived home.
It was as if a gust of wind,
Came and picked me up.
The smoke that was once there,
Wiped away,
Forever.
